I had the opportunity to review Rembrandt products previously and loved them!  So when I was offered a chance to review some new products, you can believe I leaped at the chance!


 Look at these amazing goodies!  When we first opened the box, my daughter snaked her hand in and tried to grab the toothbrush.  Thanks to my ninja-like reflexes she was unsuccessful!  After her, "No fair!" she told me Reach is her favorite toothbrush.

I love, love, love the Pirates of the Caribbean!  So imagine my excitement knowing that on May 20th, the next movie comes out!

There are now no Alexia Food products in our home.  They were immediately gobbled up and we are now wanting more!




Alexia foods are side dishes, breads and appetizers that are all-natural, gourmet-inspired, and absolutely delicious!  They are available in your grocer's freezer section.  But these are not your normal everyday frozen bags of food.  They are scrumptious!

As evidence of this, you won't see any pictures of the actual cooked product on the post.  I went to find my camera, came back, and they were gone!  Completely devoured!  I'm glad I got to taste some before I left the table! 

We tasted the Ciabatta Rolls, the Waffle Fries, and the Sweet Potato Puffs.  We had varying opinions on what was everyone's favorite!  I loved the Sweet Potato Puffs, though I was surprised when I first tasted it, because there is a hint of sweet... not your normal tater tots.  My kids were nuts for the Waffle Fries, (best I've ever tasted!) and my husband voted for the Ciabatta Rolls, hands down.  I had to giggle a little!  I heated up the Ciabatta rollls to go along with dinner, yet they soon became the main attraction!

A while ago my daughter was complaining that it was "not fair" (don't you hate when your kids use the whole "not fair" thing) that monkeyboy got to test a DS game and she didn't have anything to test.  I, of course, reminded her that she usually tries to snitch most of the things I get to review.  That did little to comfort her.

Well, I'm happy to report that life is fair again!  I had the wonderful opportunity to review Blue Platypus clothing so I let my daughter pick out the item, just for her.  Be prepared to be bowled over by the cuteness of it!  Ready?

A long time ago I was in a pretty big car accident. Over twenty years later, I still have the memories and the neck pain.  I can get the most unbelievable neck spasms, muscle tension and headaches, especially if I'm stressed, and what woman doesn't have her fair share of stress!  Over the years I've tried lots of different things to help ease the pain.  One of my methods is to use Bengay.  The problem was I would only use it at night, because who wants to go around smelling like Bengay all day.  I'd rather smell like Cucumber Melon, or White Citrus! Ü  Plus, my hands would always smell like Bengay long after I'd applied it to my neck.

It's so easy to use... you turn the applicator counter-clockwise and squeeze a tiny bit out.  Then you twist the applicator clockwise to close it.  Then you can massage it into the affected area, (my neck) without touching the gel.  The nubs on the applicator offer a nice massage as you are rubbing in the Bengay gel.

After a few minutes the Bengay scent goes away.  I gave it the ultimate test... I sat next to my son who has a super sniffer and he didn't notice anything!  It is still the Bengay I've come to trust through the years, just new and improved.

My son is a video game addict (well, he would be if I'd let him) so when I heard about the chance to review the new Johnny Test game for Nintendo DS, I jumped at the chance!


 If you haven't seen the cartoon series, Johnny Test is a fearless 11 year old boy who goes on adventures with his genetically engineered super talking dog Dukey.  Usually these adventures are caused by his two super smart twin sisters, who use Johnny as a guinea pig in their science experiments.  It's a fun cartoon, and now it's been made into a game for the Nintendo DS.



When I showed my son the Johnny Test game, he went whooping around the house in excitement!  Then he sat glued to his DS while he ran this game through its' paces.  My son has a tendency to burn through games pretty quickly, getting to the end of the game and then getting bored.  He still loves this game!  It has twelve  different missions and three different versions of Johnny Test.  I'm happy to say he still hasn't gotten to the end! 

There are plenty of gadgets and power ups, and you can even customize the mood and ego of your Johnny.

The game is rated E for everyone and is quite a fun game!  Yes, I played it, and yes, my son again, beat the socks off of me!  I can never win against him....  My son actually laughs out loud as he plays Johnny Test.

It's a great game and is available wherever games are sold for $29.99. 

It would make a great gift in an Easter basket, I'm just saying.

Now, if you'll excuse me I'm going to go practice on the game while my son is at school.  That way I'm not quite so soundly beaten the next time we play!

We have a lot of water bottles at our house... I mean ALOT of water bottles.  We have them in all sorts of colors, shapes, sizes, and types.  So when I found out there was another water bottle on the market, I figured it was just one more water bottle.  Oh, was I wrong!

Have you noticed that Spring is kind of like when the Earth decides to re-decorate.  Colors change, flowers bloom, and we feel renewed and refreshed while enjoying nature!  Maybe that's why I get redecorating fever every spring!  I want to paint, re-arrange, change and make better.  Enter Accent Studios!

I've always wanted to add a decal to my wall so when Accent Studios offered me my choice of decals I jumped at the chance!   It took me a long time to decide because they have so many options!  After much browsing, I decided on this decal.
I absolutely love it!  I don't think the picture does it justice!  It is large, 59" wide by 15" high.

One of the features I really liked is the preview section.  You can choose the color of your wall, and then try all different color combinations before you actually buy it!  I chose dark blue and it looks amazing against my light yellow walls.  The shipping was incredibly fast and the decal came very well packaged.  There are instructions on how to apply the decal, but the cool thing is they have instructional videos located at www.youtube.com/user/accentstudios  These were so helpful!

The decals are very easy to apply and can be done by one person, unless you pick a bigger one like I did.  Then I highly recommend another pair of hands!  It definitely took two of us to get this positioned and up correctly.  One helpful hint is, prepping your wall is a very important step.  All you need to do is wipe off your wall with a damp rag, and then dry with another rag.  I had someone else do a section of the wall, and they weren't as thorough as I was.  That was the section that was a little trickier, the letters were a little harder to apply.  It was totally our fault!  Where I had prepped the wall, the application was a snap!

I love my decal!  Now we're moving on to my daughter's room!  I'll post pictures when we're done!  Thanks Accent Studios!

You know me, if I find a great product I need to tell you about it!  Well... here's another one!

I like that I can use this as a detergent and also as a stain remover.  Just pour a little right on the stain and rub it in.  Let it set for around 5 minutes and then toss it in the washer!
